Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 4pm.

All domestic shipments are shipped via our trusted Courier service and will require a signature upon delivery.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses (we like to ship directly to you, so we can be sure where the parcel ends up and also that it is signed for).
We provide 2 Courier delivery options:

2. Courier Delivery with Insurance coverage (within Australia) - $80:
For added peace of mind, this premium delivery option includes full insurance coverage during transit. Your Canturi piece will be sent via a trusted courier service and insured for its full value until it safely reaches you. - Collect in-store:
We are able to assist you with customer collection from one of our Jewellery Boutiques within Australia.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
We ship worldwide via Fed-Ex Worldwide and other trusted services.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
Our pieces are especially made for you.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a sale must be made within 12 hours of the order.
RETURNS
Returns for goods that are not engraved or custom made can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. A credit note to the value of the order will be provided to goods that are returned in original condition, with original packaging and documents. Shipping charges apply.
All engraved and custom pieces are final with no returns or credit note available.
