CLEANING

1. To clean your jewels at home, fill a bowl with warm water and a drop of mild, non-moisturising dish soap.
2. Soak the jewel for 15 to 20 minutes to loosen any residue.
3. Then, use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently clean around the setting, including the underside where buildup tends to gather.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a lint-free cloth.
5. Avoid ultrasonic machines at home and steer clear of abrasive cleaners or chemicals—particularly if your jewel features pavé diamonds, delicate craftsmanship, or coloured gemstones.

The Rejuvenation Treatment consists of a comprehensive detail in our Creation Studio

1) High pressure steam cleaning treatment ensures stubborn grime on or under your diamonds, gemstones and gold surfaces are removed giving your gemstones their original sparkling

2) Removal of minor dents and abrasions where possible. Dents are restored by fusing gold in the indented area and re shaped by hand to maintain the original design.  Heavy dents and abrasions require our Repair Service

3) Any loose diamonds or gemstones are re-tensioned and secured as part of this service

4) Your Canturi jewel will be restored to a High Polished Finish

5) New Rhodium coating is also applied (for White Gold only)
