After a quality inspection based on careful assessment of the jewels' condition our Creation Studio specialists will outline the repair services required and provide you with a quote to conduct the work to return the piece to its original brilliance, preserving its shine and longevity.

Should your Canturi piece return for repair it will be reunited with the specialist craftspeople who originally created it for the highest standard of care and restoration.

Depending upon its condition the Canturi Creation Studio may recommend a cleaning detail via a Rejuvenation Treatment which includes re-tensioning loose gems and polishing for the removal of minor superficial scratches; OR a more comprehensive repair and restoration service may be required which can include dent & abrasion removal, refurbishment of functional parts (such as clasps, hinges and safety locks), resetting of loose gemstones, replacement of damaged or missing gemstones, repairing claws and settings, etc..

We work with the same devotion on your repair as we do for the jewels' original creation to preserve its beauty and longevity.

Should your piece be presented in a condition beyond repair a re-modelling service may be quoted for selected pieces.
