Should your Canturi piece return for repair it will be reunited with the specialist craftspeople who originally created it for the highest standard of care and restoration. We work with the same devotion on your repair as we do for the jewels' original creation to preserve its beauty and longevity.

To ensure you have a dedicated Specialist to assist you upon arrival, appointments are recommended, however they are not necessary.  If all of our Specialists are with other clients you are welcome to have a beverage while you wait.

All domestic shipments are shipped via our trusted Courier service and will require a signature upon delivery.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses (we like to ship directly to you, so we can be sure where the parcel ends up and also that it is signed for). 

We ship worldwide via Fed-Ex Worldwide and other trusted services. 

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Cancellation of a sale must be made within 12 hours of the order. 

Returns for goods that are not engraved or custom made can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. A credit note to the value of the order will be provided to goods that are returned in original condition, with original packaging and documents.  Shipping charges apply. 

All engraved and custom pieces are final with no returns or credit note available.

3. Then, use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently clean around thediamond setting, including the underside where buildup tends to gather.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic machines at home and steer clear of abrasive cleaners or chemicals—particularly if your ring features pavé diamonds, delicate craftsmanship, or coloured gemstones.

Gold Jewellery Scratches and Professional Cleaning
Over time, all gold jewellery—particularly rings and cuffs—may develop fine scratches or a soft patina from wear. While these marks are part of the character of gold, some clients prefer to restore their jewellery to a high-polish finish.
In these cases, professional polishing is recommended to remove superficial scratches.To preserve the integrity of the piece, polishing should only be done occasionally throughout the life of the jewellery.
